An all-white bedding set in which the check pattern is created entirely within the weave — no dye, no print, no colour contrast. An optical check (also called a self-check or damask check) uses alternating sections of sateen and plain weave at right angles to produce a pattern visible only through the way different weave structures reflect light differently. The result is a tonal, tone-on-white geometric grid that is subtle in daylight and more defined under directional light. It is the only patterned design in the Cottsbury bedding range that introduces visual texture without any added colour. Closure is concealed coconut shell buttons — no plastic, no metal.
