UK Orders

We aim to ship your products in 3-5 business days.Shipping is £5.95 for all UK orders and we offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders over £60.

All shipping is tracked door to door and CO2 Neutral.

International Orders

Shipping is £50 for international orders.For any queries please reach out to us at hello@cottsbury.com

Customer will be responsible for local taxes and duties and will receive a separate request for payment.

EU Orders

Shipping is £25 for orders from the EU countreis.

From the 1st July 2021, due to changes on EU vat imports, all EU orders will have a minimum order spend of £150 except for the following countries Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Spain.

Further FAQ's

  • As a small independent business, we do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    We also encourage you to send the items back tracked, as we cannot accept liability if they go missing in transit.

  • We understand life gets in the way so if you return your product a little late, we understand so as long as they are unworn, unwashed, including all tags and in the original packaging, we can process your return for store credit or a giftcard. 

  • We endeavour to process returns within 7 days of receiving them. However we reserve the right to process your refund within 15 working days after we receive your return in the warehouse. Please note: the refund will be sent via the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds can take longer to process as the refund is dependent on your credit card company.  

  • If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full price of the item only. Shipping fee not refunded.

  • If the item does not come back to us in perfect condition as per our Returns and Exchanges Policy then we will ship it back to you.
