However we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.

Return Period

Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

For products bought on Sale & discounts, No Returns are accepted and Exchange is subject to availability.

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@cottsbury.com with your order number and reason for return. This is to log the return date.

2. Wait for the response and based on it you can then get ready to send back your item.

Ensure that the product is safely packaged for return to avoid any damage and we also encourage you to send the items back tracked, as we cannot accept liability if they go missing in transit. All customers are responsible for return postages.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Sale items cannot be refunded and exchanges are subject to availability. Please write to us to know the possibility of Exchange in the sale period. Please refer to T&Cs of the specific Sale.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using our returns process and include a note in your parcel with the size, colour and style you would like to swap if for. If you are changing address please specify this on the note, to avoid it being sent to your original address. If you're exchanging for a product that is more expensive, you will be sent an invoice, once this is paid your item will be shipped. You can expect this to be done within 7 working days.

Faulty Items

If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@cottsury.com as soon as possible with a description and photos of the issue. We will promptly address any concerns and offer solutions such as a replacement or refund.
