However we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to help.
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
For products bought on Sale & discounts, No Returns are accepted and Exchange is subject to availability.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Products showing signs of wear, use or damage will not be accepted for return.
1. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@cottsbury.com with your order number and reason for return. This is to log the return date.
2. Wait for the response and based on it you can then get ready to send back your item.
Ensure that the product is safely packaged for return to avoid any damage and we also encourage you to send the items back tracked, as we cannot accept liability if they go missing in transit. All customers are responsible for return postages.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Sale items cannot be refunded and exchanges are subject to availability. Please write to us to know the possibility of Exchange in the sale period. Please refer to T&Cs of the specific Sale.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item using our returns process and include a note in your parcel with the size, colour and style you would like to swap if for. If you are changing address please specify this on the note, to avoid it being sent to your original address. If you're exchanging for a product that is more expensive, you will be sent an invoice, once this is paid your item will be shipped. You can expect this to be done within 7 working days.

If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@cottsury.com as soon as possible with a description and photos of the issue. We will promptly address any concerns and offer solutions such as a replacement or refund.

As a small independent business, we do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We also encourage you to send the items back tracked, as we cannot accept liability if they go missing in transit.

We understand life gets in the way so if you return your product a little late, we understand so as long as they are unworn, unwashed, including all tags and in the original packaging, we can process your return for store credit or a giftcard.

We endeavour to process returns within 7 days of receiving them. However we reserve the right to process your refund within 15 working days after we receive your return in the warehouse. Please note: the refund will be sent via the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds can take longer to process as the refund is dependent on your credit card company.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full price of the item only. Shipping fee not refunded.

If the item does not come back to us in perfect condition as per our Returns and Exchanges Policy then we will ship it back to you.
