We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Clear Pay and Shop Pay.

Email hello@cottsbury.com, we will try our best to refund the order before it is shipped out. However, the majority of times we cannot change the details of your order once it’s been made. If you are a UK customer you can use our returns portal to send it back. Alternatively international customers will need to pay for shipping to get the order back to us.

Email hello@cottsbury.com. If we can’t intercept the parcel, we will need to wait for DHL to send it back to us and then we can dispatch the parcel again.

No problem! You can subscribe to our waitlist on the product page, so you will get an automatic notification as soon as they are back in stock with us.

We sell Giftcards in digital apply pay form in £10, £25, £50, £100, £200 or £250 amounts.
Please get in touch if you need any other amounts or for bulk corporate purchasing.

Yes you can by selecting local pick up at the checkout. You will receive a notification when the order is ready to pick up.

UK - For UK orders, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process and 48 hours from shipping to be delivered, so you can expect your bedding to arrive within 5 working days.
For international orders, please refer to our Delivery page.

Shipping is £4.95 for UK customers and FREE for all orders over £50.
For international customers, shipping is £15, please see full details on our Delivery page.

If your parcel could not be delivered, it will be sent back to us automatically. In this case, we cannot resend it unfortunately.
We will refund the amount once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse. Please make a new order in our online shop with a different address.

Please check the tracking information first in your confrmation email. If you didn’t receive a tracking link, please check your spam folder.
Once the parcel is with the shipping courier there is little we can do.
Please do get in touch if the parcel hasn’t appeared in 5 working days (UK) 15 working days (International) and we can dispatch the parcel again.

All of our clothing has been prewashed and preshrunk which allows for that extra bit of reassurance when wearing and washing your Cottsbury regularly.
The organic cotton used in our bedding, naturally tends to shrink a bit. As a result, you might find our sheets a tad roomier initially. We intentionally design them this way to ensure they never feel too tight. After several washes and dries, they'll fit just perfectly.

All of our products are machine washable. We recommend wash ing similar colours on a gentle cycle with cold or warm water, 30 degrees is best, with plant based laundry detergents and no bleaching agents.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of delivery. The items should be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
For products bought on Sale & discounts, No Returns are accepted and Exchange is subject to availability. For more detailed information and to initiate a return, visit our Exchanges and Returns Page.

As a small independent business, we do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We also encourage you to send the items back tracked, as we cannot accept liability if they go missing in transit. Read more here: Exchanges and Returns.

Please include a note in your parcel with the size, colour and style you would like to swap if for. If you are changing address please specify this on the note, to avoid it being sent to your original address. If you're exchanging for a product that is more expensive, you will be sent an invoice, once this is paid your item will be shipped. You can expect this to be done within 7 working days.
For products bought on Sale & discounts, No Returns are accepted and Exchange is subject to availability.

We understand life gets in the way so if you return your product a little late, we understand so as long as they are unworn, unwashed, including all tags and in the original packaging, we can process your return for store credit or a giftcard.

We endeavour to process returns within 24 hours of receiving them. However we reserve the right to process your refund within 15 working days after we receive your return in the warehouse. Please note: the refund will be sent via the original payment method used for purchase. Credit card refunds can take longer to process as the refund is dependent on your credit card company.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the full price of the item only, not the shipping cost.
